Roles and users

Summary

If you are an administrator, click the gear to open Impostazioni. In Ruoli e permessi you find all the roles, with their origin: local, Microsoft or Google. To create a new role click «Aggiungi Ruolo», give it a name and decide what it can do with chats, workspaces and models.

In the Utenti tab you see who uses the application, with their roles, and with Nuovo Utente you can create a local account.

If you are an administrator, click the gear to open Impostazioni. In «Ruoli e permessi» you find all the roles, with their origin: local, Microsoft or Google.

To create a new role, click «Aggiungi Ruolo». Give it a name, then decide what it can do with chats, workspaces and models: for example, remove «Elimina Istanza», so the role will not be able to delete workspaces. The «Amministratore» switch, on the other hand, grants full access. Click «Crea Ruolo», and the new role appears in the list.

If your company uses Microsoft or Google accounts, you can also import groups and users directly, with these buttons.
